From 1 October to the end of December, Drei Stuben is one of Zurich's most sought-after destinations for wild game - not just in autumn, but throughout the winter months. Game dishes are served at both lunch and dinner, with a smaller selection at lunch and the full menu available in the evening.
New this year: we're also open for Sunday lunch during game season - offering the full game menu.
Our roe deer comes wild from the Zurich Oberland - exceptional regional quality rarely found in the city. The menu includes terrines, house-made sausages, venison ragout, “Geschnetzeltes,” saddle of venison and possibly a classic Pfeffer, depending on the season.
The season opens with our popular Wild Game Tavolata - a festive evening of shared courses and rich autumn-winter flavours.
