Paraiso is Corin Schmid's summer kitchen.

Inspired by the world's great coastal regions, Corin Schmid dedicates an entire summer to the dishes, products and flavours that, for her, capture the essence of summer.

An honest, product-oriented kitchen inspired by our appreciation for traditional handwork and for regional producers who work in harmony with nature.

Events & Groups

For groups up to 10 persons we serve our dishes à la carte.

For larger reservations we offer our tavolatas and group menus.

The entire restaurant can be rented exclusively for events 7 days a week. We have capacity for 80 people.

Opening hours

On two selected Sundays, we serve whole spit-roasted suckling pig in the garden.

Crispy suckling pig, cold drinks and a relaxed summer afternoon in the garden.

Upcoming Dates

During PARAISO, the regular Drei Stuben menu and lunch service

take a summer break. From mid-September, Drei Stuben returns as you know it,

ith game season and our regular lunch and dinner menus.
